I am the creator and host of "Poorman's Bikini Beach" on KDOC TV LOS ANGELES.  During my tenure of 7 years doing the show, we have achieved #1 in the males 18-34 demo in the Los Angeles market on numerous occasions.  Since 1999, we have shot more than 4500 bikini girls and have aired nearly 200 half hour episodes.  In fact, we are in the midst of shooting season #8 in HD.  Basically, "Poorman's Bikini Beach" is the Ebert and Roeper of 'beautiful girl events'.  Here's a more detailed analysis of the station and ratings in L.A.

Poormans Bikini Beach has proven through the years that it is a guaranteed 18-49 male ratings magnet.   The show has won its time slot on several occasions during sweeps in Los Angeles in the elusive Males 18-34 demo.

Currently we are experiencing a 1.0 rating in the Los Angeles market. We had comparable ratings to South Park opposite us on KCAL 9 Los Angeles. We had 4 shares in males 18-34 after week three. Those numbers beat CBS, NBC, FOX, and ABC. 

Each ½ hour of Poormans Bikini Beach contains one 2 1/2 minute break, two 2 minute breaks, and one 11/2 minute break (this can be converted into a 120). 

Total spot time per week is 40 minutes.

Spots are submitted on Beta SP, DV CAM, or Mini DV. If you don't have a TV commercial, we can make one at a very reasonable price ($1000).
